Planet Formula offers an engaging puzzle experience within the match-3 genre, drawing inspiration from the Solar System. With 125 levels that present varying degrees of challenge, players will find plenty of content to explore.

To progress through each level, players must complete specific objectives such as reaching a target score, breaking ice tiles, or collecting coins within a limited number of moves. Skillful play is rewarded with increased karma scores, which contribute to ranking progression.

Unique mechanics enhance gameplay, including the ability to earn a magic planet by matching five planets in a row or column. This special piece can eliminate all corresponding planets on the board when swapped, contributing significantly to one's score. Additionally, special planets marked with a white border can be created by matching four in sequence. Combining these with standard three-piece matches leads to the removal of entire rows or columns.

Strategic combinations like T-chain and L-chain provide substantial point multipliers. Players must also consider surrounding structures; breaking ice requires destroying the planet beneath it, while walls expand unless adjacent planets are cleared during moves.

The game incorporates notable accessibility features for VoiceOver users. By tapping within the grid, players can receive audio feedback regarding the selected planet's type and location. Movement involves selecting a planet with a single tap before executing relocation with a double-tap, facilitating an intuitive gaming experience.

Planet Formula strikes a balance between straightforward mechanics and strategic complexity, offering a relaxing yet rewarding diversion for players during various moments of their day.
